How is OI Collection different from other vacation rentals?
We don’t just offer places to stay, we offer beautiful spaces that are designed with soul, regional character, and story. Each home is part of a personal journey in design, travel, and hospitality.
Who designs and manages the properties?
Every home in the OI Collection is envisioned, renovated, and styled by founder Caroline Lechaux, a French-American designer with a background in architecture, luxury branding, and over 20 years of hands-on hospitality experience.
How many properties are in the collection?
OI Collection now includes four properties:
- Ti an Aod – Brittany, France (10 Guests, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms)
- Beach Haven Belle – New Jersey, USA (10 Guests, 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms)
- Charming Latin Quarter Duplex – Paris, France (4 Guests, 1 Bedroom + alcove, 2 Bathrooms)
- Under the Umbrian Sun, Rooftop Apartment – Città della Pieve, Italy (4 Guests, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms)
What kind of travelers stay with OI Collection?
We host couples, families, creatives, and travelers seeking something more soulful than a hotel. People who appreciate design, location, and a sense of calm.
Do you offer custom recommendations for each area?
Yes, every home includes a personally curated neighborhood guide with our favorite markets, restaurants, scenic spots, and lesser-known gems.
How do I confirm my reservation?
Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received via wire transfer or Stripe. If you prefer a traditional wire transfer, full bank details will be shared with your booking confirmation. Just choose the method that works best for you!
What are the rental terms for the Umbrian property?
Shoulder Season (Sept–June): €950/month, minimum 1 month stay, utilities included, €2000 deposit for pets. Summer (July–August): €500/week, minimum stay 1 week, utilities included.
Is there a story behind the collection?
OI Collection began with one home and a desire to create stays that feel inspiring, warm, and deeply place-specific. It’s grown through passion, design, and decades of hosting.
Do you offer concierge or added services?
We can recommend local chefs, babysitters, or wellness services depending on the home and region. Let us know what you’re dreaming of.
Are your homes available year-around?
Yes, all four homes are available year-round (availability varies by season and region). Brittany and Beach Haven are most popular in summer, while Paris and Umbria are magical year-round.
Do your homes accommodate remote workers?
Yes, with strong Wi-Fi in all properties and peaceful settings, our homes are ideal for working remotely, with a better view.
Do guests return to OI Collection properties?
Often! Many of our guests return year after year or try all four homes. We’ve even hosted multiple generations of the same family across different countries.
Are pets allowed?
Only Under the Umbrian Sun in Umbria is pet-friendly (with a €2000 refundable deposit). The other properties are not pet-friendly.
Are the homes suitable for digital nomads or remote workers?
Yes. All properties have reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The Umbrian Rooftop Apartment is especially suited for digital nomads seeking extended stays, with a dedicated workspace, panoramic terrace, and utilities included.
Rental Questions
Can I host an event or celebration at the properties?
No, unless permission has been granted prior to arrival.
What is the maximum number of guests that the properties can accommodate?
- Under the Umbrian Sun: 4 Guests
- Beach Haven Belle: 10 Guests
- Ti An Aod: 10 Guests
- Paris Apartment: 4 Guests
What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the use of the house and the amenities listed. Additional services such as private chefs, boat trips or spa treatments can be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis for an extra cost.
