Caroline Lechaux, meet the owner
French-American designer, Superhost, world traveler and lifelong lover of well-made spaces and good stories, she splits her time between France, Italy, and The United States. Caroline has spent over 20 years creating homes that feel deeply personal and welcoming.
Each space in the OI Collection has been designed, renovated or rebuilt. She believes great design should be beautiful, functional, and rooted in the place it lives — and that’s the heart of every stay.
The story behind OI Collection Rentals
OI Collection Rentals began with one home and a desire to create spaces that feel both inspiring and warm. What started as a personal renovation project grew into a small collection of rentals across France, Italy, and the United States, each one uniquely designed and full of character. These are homes with stories, shaped by travel, location, family, design, and the rhythms of the seasons. Today, we welcome guests from around the world to step into those stories and make their own memories.
